A Bit About Me
A lawyer by training, a strategist by instinct, and—if you are here and want candor—someone who never bought into the "IDENTIFY + AVOID" risk aversion mentality that so many lawyers have engrained in them.
After years as a litigator and partner handling everything from high-stakes business disputes to complex internal investigations, I realized something: leaders do not need legal answers in a vaccuum… they need clarity, judgment, and solutions.
So I built a practice around exactly that.
Today, I work with founders, executives, and growing teams as a fractional General Counsel and strategic advisor, translating risk into real-world decisions, helping businesses move forward (not just stay out of trouble), and occasionally being the calm voice in the room when things get… squirrelly.
